Over the course of a 6 week period, you will begin to clear up many of those unknowns and start applying what you learn into your lifestyle, one habit at a time. Listen, it took years for your body to get where it is. If you try to do too many things at once, your body and mind will rebel. You know this because you’ve been here before. Over the course of the 6 weeks, you learn the success habits that will lead you to sustained change.

So, there’s no going back to the old costly and frustrating band-aid solutions. This is optimal health habits at the root level, week-by-week transformation. For Good! You could always just keep doing what you are doing. But what I’ve learned over the years is that I can’t keep doing what I’m doing and expect different results. They call that insanity, I think. Sure. I could go back to trying to do it all by myself with nobody helping me, not sleeping at night, feeling like I’m dragging my feet, yelling at the kids, the vicious cycle of eating like crap and feeling guilty after, no motivation, going back on pills, gaining more weight, getting more wrinkles, feeling stuck, and like I can’t catch a break. Ugh!

I digress... The big question on my clients minds is how can I get on a guided step -by-step plan that is going to end this madness once and for all? Many clients come to me feeling defeated and confused about how to properly nourish their bodies in their busy lives. About 6 years ago, I felt the same way, too. I was a new mom, in a rocky marriage, and burning out fast. And, as they say, when the student is ready the teacher appears.That teacher for me was Ayurveda. I’ve been using the system, living it, reading about it, traveling to learn more and more about it ever since that fateful day I came across it in a book. That was my turnaround moment. Create more meaning and purpose in my life with simple daily habits done consistently over time? Um, yes please!

Over a year ago, I decided to make it official and add formal training in Ayurveda to my degree in physical education along with wellness coach certification. I am currently an active intern with the California College of Ayurveda in their Ayurvedic Health Counsellor Program.

It took me 13 years, several programs, several systems, numerous gurus, books, therapies, podcasts, coaches to get a lighter, happier life, but I have finally perfected a healthy, fruitful routine specific to my doshic body type and want to share my 20 years of wellness expertise with you.
