The HEAL-THY Self Program
Who Is This For?In order to have the best health possible, a healthy routine or "Dinacharya", as it has been known and loved by those in the East for over 5000 years is absolutely necessary! This 1-YEAR mentorship program is for high-performers who want to create a healthier lifestyle and need a routine to support sustained change and prevent dis-ease.
Program Description:While we address any current imbalances (which take priority first), we also look at your long-term tendencies so that we can address root cause of dis-harmony within your body. As with the Happy Body program, we first clarify what your basic body type is by taking a basic dosha quiz. The Healthy Self program is much more in depth and personalized. This program addresses your entire diet and lifestyle and since long lasting change happens gradually, a year will feel like it goes by quickly. But you won't want it to end because you are going to love the results! We will look at various factors including face shape, eyes, nose, mouth, neck, palm and finger size, and body shape/size for further objective findings to support the results of your self-administered quiz. Both subjective and objective findings are necessary for analysis and the best prescription for a more tailored program.
There are 3 phases of this program: clarify, build, maintain. Yes, it's much like the building of a house. As we clear out any of the blocks- typically mental, physical, and environmental, we can then begin to build in healthy daily habits that are sustainable. This is the 'construction' phase of your healthy, daily routine. This process takes time, patience, and the experienced and watchful eye of your mentor or, in this case, the "project manager". The last phase of your new "house" is maintenance. We need to keep this building looking and feeling good. In this phase, which is typically the shortest, we discuss maintenance strategies, tie up loose ends, and keep on-going support to make sure your new 'healthy self' is operating in 'like new' condition to support your higher goals so that you can go out there and do what you do.
You are a high-performing person and you need the support to show up as the best version of you. I should be very clear in that there is sweat equity involved. This program will not work if you do not do the work necessary. So, if you think you are up for this simple, step by step process, then you have finally landed!!

- 24 x 1 hour mentoring calls
