The Happy Body Program
Who Is This For?This short program is for busy high performers who are already on their wellness path and who are serious about having a happy, healthy body. I get it. It can be very daunting knowing where to start, especially when you are running the show elsewhere and you simply don’t have the time to even think about building a wellness plan. “Work your strengths, hire your weaknesses”, right? At least, that’s what I was taught in business 101.
Program Description:You want to have the best wellness routine, but you aren't sure how to go about it and you certainly don't have the time to go and do all the research required to put it together. That's where the Happy Body program comes in. This supervised 90-Day program addresses one wellness issue at a time so you are not overwhelmed with tasks and more 'to dos'. It goes like this.... First, you take a DOSHA QUIZ. Once we know what that is, we select an imbalance you are currently experiencing. That could be poor sleep, digestive and/or weight issues, low energy...just to name a few. Then, I create a program based on pacifying the current imbalance or your "vikruti". This can include both diet and lifestyle changes.
We start with 6 x 1-hour sessions, depending on the size of your wellness concern, once a week or once every two weeks. You will have 'real life' challenges to work on in between each session and then we reconvene for the next session. Voila! That's pretty much how it goes!

- 6 x 1 hour coaching calls
- Coaching and mentoring support throughout program
- Personalized challenges based on the outcome of each coaching call
- Coaching follow-up and check-ins

I initially sought out Kendra for my dietary goals in the spring of last year. She was great because she took the time to educate me about food, while truly delivering what I wanted- a lighter way of living. She asked me questions throughout our time that helped me realize how I had very rigid standards for myself, and these standards often held me down from reaching what is truly the potential for my life and my health. Kendra delivered so much more than food knowledge or coaching, she provided a new filter to view life.
I have been suffering with an autoimmune disease for the last 14 years that has caused me to be in constant pain. I did not have quality-of-life as there was not a lot that I could do because of the pain factor. That, in turn, affected my outlook on life, my personality, as well as my marriage. The pain was so severe at times and for so long that I even got to the point that I did not want to live anymore. In January of this year, I took a 30-day challenge with Kendra Irvine as my wellness coach and she had suggested we try alternatives to prescription medication. I was skeptical at first and somewhat hesitant to try, but I agreed. The change in my health has been unbelievable! I now am able to enjoy life like I haven’t been able to for many years. The pain is a lot less severe and a lot less often. I have a new lease on life, I am happy, and I enjoy it to the fullest! I have Kendra to thank for that. She was my coach, my mentor, and my sounding board when I was having bad days. She taught me so much in those 30 days. I am now exercising regularly, meditating, doing yoga (and looking forward to starting a yoga class!), and I go to Aquafit five days a week. For the last three months, I’ve had the privilege of one-on-one coaching with Kendra Irvine (Living Light). Throughout life’s journey we accumulate a lot of baggage–physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
