Program Description:
I hear you love yoga. Well, then, you are in for a treat!The Happy Body Workshop is a 2-hour class that introduces you to the very basics of Ayurveda- a wellness system (and sister science to yoga!) that helps you solve your biggest wellness challenges. You will discover your body type so you can identify and begin to correct any imbalances mentioned above. We will explore each of the 3 body types and I will reveal the best thing you can do to create more peace, calm, and joy. Things will just start to make sense. You will leave inspired, with hope, and knowing what you need to do. Also, chocolate. Doesn’t that sound awesome!?

Beverly Scholze
Hello! My name is Beverly and I will be your yoga instructor for the conclusion of “The Happy Body” workshop. A bit about me: I am a teacher at Yoga Nation. My first formal mind/body training was as a Fusion (Yoga, Pilates mix) instructor almost 15 years ago. Since then, I have grown through my Hot Yoga, Restorative, Insight Yin Yoga and my newest passion Qigong trainings. What an amazing journey! The gift from these trainings is the knowledge I can pass on to everyone. Currently, I teach Hot26 and an energy sequence; I also teach yin/restorative yoga when time permits. In a perfect yoga life there’s regular yoga practice, study and learning- almost impossible in our busy lives. I hope to encourage new and long time yogis how to find a balance as well as show them that yoga can be adapted for all body types and skill levels from newbies to the experienced. I look forward to adding my gifts to this workshop! See you there!
