My name is Kendra Irvine and I am your Happy Body Guide helping you get to the root cause of your imbalances, heal yourself, and maximize your full potential. 

At the age of six, I had a nearly fatal car incident that forever shaped the course of my life. I didn’t know it then, but it was a gift that helped me later in life to awaken and finally see that I wasn’t living my truth and the symptoms in my body were trying to tell me something! I needed clarity and I needed it fast before I could take action with a plan to get me where I wanted to go. Then I found Ayurveda- the world’s oldest healthcare system! 

Now, I know exactly why I am here and who I am here to serve: I guide people who are ready to reconnect with their true selves, heal their bodies, maximize their potential as happy, peaceful, and free beings. Just as nature intended.
